Santa Ynez Airport Master Plan
UPC processed the Santa Ynez Airport Master Plan Conditional Use Permit which served to validate the existing 176,334 square feet of structural development on site and to authorize the construction of an additional 27,690- square feet of new hanger additions and ancillary structures. The purpose of the Master Plan is to implement the Board of Supervisors approved Airport Land Use Plan, the guiding planning document for improvements to the airport.
