Located at 1599 West Betteravia, SA Recycling is located on a 3.3 acre site that was renovated to develop a state of the art regional recycling center specializing in metal and glass collection. UPC oversaw a large public education campaign due to local competitor opposition to the project and received a unanimous approval from the Planning Commission. The project was subsequently appealed and UPC lead the efforts to have the appeal denied by the City Council.
