Located on LaBrea, Lineage Logistics is a 221,317 sf regional cold storage facility constructed on 10 acres and is one of the largest facilities in the area. The facility serves clients throughout coastal California and provides vital support for area agricultural production. UPC was involved at the very beginning of the project assisting in acquisition of a suitable site, design and development of the project, and the successful processing of the various permits required for approval and construction.
