Edison Street Service Station

Santa Ynez

A modern 2,500 square foot service station is proposed at the intersection of Highway 246 and Edison Street. Upon completion, the service station would replace the existing station across the street, offering increased accessibility, a full service convenience store, and a 641 square foot automated car wash.  The architectural design of the service station will be complimentary to the unique architectural design found in Santa Ynez and will contribute to enhancing this important gateway area.

Project Location:

Located on the 1.14-acre site on the southeast cornier of Highway 246 and Edison Street.

Services:

A full compliment of services will be provided including retail sales located in the store, public rest rooms, five fueling stations, air/water station, and propane tank sales. The car wash will be an automatic design and will also include vacuum pumps.

Landscaping:

The service station will be complimented by 8,088 square feet of landscaping emphasizing the use of native trees and shrubs.

Environmental Features:

The car wash will utilize recycled water to minimize water demand. All water on site including any that would result from spills and/or any materials resulting from operations on site are treated through special water quality treatment systems before being removed from the site.
