A modern 2,500 square foot service station is proposed at the intersection of Highway 246 and Edison Street. Upon completion, the service station would replace the existing station across the street, offering increased accessibility, a full service convenience store, and a 641 square foot automated car wash.
UPC developed the DJ Farms Specific Plan, the largest planning document area in Guadalupe. The DJ Farms Revised Specific Plan establishes the land uses and development standards that would govern future development of the 209 acre DJ Farms property located within the City of Guadalupe.
UPC serves as a contract planning firm for the Atascadero Unified School District to conduct environmental review for development of their improvements to school facilities as a result of funding through the I-10 School Facilities bond.
